Commercial property manager Broadgate Estates has awarded a three-year contract to clean its managed premises at Paternoster Square in London to incumbent provider, JPC Cleaning.

In the shadow of St Paul’s Cathedral, Paternoster Square is one of the most iconic development programmes carried out in London over the last thirty years. It comprises office space, retail outlets and cafes with prestigious occupiers such as The London Stock Exchange.

Broadgate Estates provides property management services to a number of areas within the development including both public and back-of-house areas of the Square, King Edward Court, St Martin’s Court, Paternoster Lodge and Warwick Court.

The premium London brand for building service support providers Regent Samsic, JPC Cleaning has been retained on the strength of bringing high service levels backed by a range of innovatory practices and solutions to site.

Says JPC managing director John Conry Jnr:  “We are very proud to be maintaining our relationship with our client and service partners at Paternoster Square.

“We feel that re-securing this cleaning contract measures Broadgate’s appreciation of JPC’s values and commitment to our and their brand reputations.”

Paternoster Square is one of several high profile commercial sites serviced by award-winning JPC Cleaning including The Leadenhall Building – City of London, Singapore Airlines, Blackstone Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, Ritz Casino as well as Broadgate Estates’ Regent Place development.

In 2015, JPC won a Kimberly-Clarke Professional Golden Service Award Best Cleaned Premises for its work at west London’s Chiswick Park.

The incumbent cleaning provider at Chiswick Park since 2006, JPC started a new £1.3m contract last November for a further three-year period after a successful re-tender to the site’s management company, Enjoy-Work.
