John Conry – JPC Managing Director
Managing Director John Snr’s varied career includes working in the print industry and as a dustman for Hackney Council before moving into window cleaning and then office cleaning services. In 1987, he brought his knowledge and experience together to create JPC. The company quickly grew through recommendations and word of mouth, and in 1989, John secured a prestigious contract with Maxims Casino – a contract JPC still holds today. Despite the size of the company today, John still takes a keen interest in every project and team member, offering advice and support.
John Conry Jnr – JPC Operations Director
John Jnr has worked for JPC for over 12 years. Starting on the tools, he worked his way up through the company to his current role. As Operations Director, he ensures JPC runs smoothly, makes the most of technology and innovation, and that JPC exceed their clients requirements on every level – whether through cleaning, supporting their CSR commitments, or both.
Sylwia Nascimento – JPC Operations Manager
Having joined the company eight years ago as a working supervisor, Sylwia quickly progressed to become an Operations Manager. This is testament to Sylwia’s ability, skills, experience and knowledge, which she uses to mentor her team of Contract Managers, ensuring we provide the very best of service to our clients.
Colin Pepper – JPC Financial Controller
With over 15 years’ experience in Finance roles and 10 years as a Finance Controller, Colin has worked with some prestigious companies during this time such as Harrods, Hamleys, Debenhams, Selfridges and House of Frazer. This wide and varied experience gives Colin an excellent insight and understanding across retail, wholesale and the service industry.
Eddie Prado – JPC Operations Manager
Eddie has over 20 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and is a specialist in waste management. On joining JPC, one of Eddie’s first tasks was to get the prestigious Leadenhall Building contract (aka the Cheese Grater) up and running. Eddie has a great attitude, a desire to provide the highest levels of customer service, and a gift for technological innovation.
Eva Amato (MSc OB/OP MA BA Assoc CIPD) – JPC HR Manager
Eva has over eight years’ experience working in HR. As well as training and development, she’s also responsible for recruiting highly motivated and dedicated people that share our company values. Eva aims to attract people local to our clients’ businesses, so our recruitment strategy is sustainable and community driven.
John Mehtam – JPC HR Consultant & Lawyer
John is JPC’s HR Consultant and a valuable asset to the team. As a trained solicitor, he specialises in employment law and can help out on any potential HR issue.
Stephanie Moore – JPC H&S Advisor
Stephanie is JPC’s Health and Safety Manager. She ensures we meet all the necessary health and safety procedures and standards across the company, while at the same time looking for new ways to enhance our training. Before working at JPC, Stephanie worked for the environmental health department for several London Boroughs.
