London cleaning provider, JPC has won a major contract to clean the city’s prestigious Broadgate Campus.

The 30-acre mixed-use campus in the City of London is jointly owned by British Land and GIC and is JPC client Broadgate Estate’s biggest contract.

The announcement follows JPC’s being re-awarded the cleaning contract for Broadgate Estates’ Paternoster Square site at St Pauls.

As incumbent cleaning services provider, JPC was awarded a further three-year contract by the client for its commitment to a premium quality service, to training, to caring for and sharing customer brand values, to being a valued service and community partner.

Said John: “The professionalism and dedication that is delivered by our site teams on a daily basis is the sole reason why we are in the fortunate position to be winning such high profile and exclusive contracts.”

John Critchell comments:

“We see this very much as a merger rather than an acquisition, and one offering great benefits to both parties with best practices to be shared from both sides.

“Regent Samsic London acquires a solid platform to grow and develop further its Greater London market portfolio on the back of some excellent reference sites supported by an enhanced professional  operational team.

NanoTouch: FluFighter Campaign

FluFighters: JPC Cleaning Take the Fight to Flu
At this time of year, the number one concern expressed by our customers is stopping the spread of the dreaded flu bug around the office. Cleaning plays a pivotal role in the fight to stop the spread of the germs, so JPC Cleaning has sourced a revolutionary new cleaning application, the NanoTouch.
You can touch this!

The NanoTouch surface utilizes several complex components that together form an oxidizing action more powerful than bleach. The specialized fabrication process maximizes the surface’s self-cleaning action and the science involved provides a non-leaching, self-cleaning surface. No toxins, heavy metals or poisons is released from the surface. Also, the surface is super hydrophilic so that water, oils, dirt and other contaminants are actively shed; with tests showing that full strength bleach simply wipes right off.
Routine cleaning with soap and water or other stronger cleansers will not affect the efficacy of the surface. Harsh abrasives may damage or physically wear the surface, but as standard each NanoTouch should last up to 90 days before it requires replacing.

“NanoTouch can kill 100 percent of E. coli and P. aeruginosa, and 88 percent of MRSA after only one hour.”
JPC Cleaning delivers award winning services for businesses, big and small, throughout London. The management pride themselves at driving the business forward through the employment of new technology and cleaning solutions for their customers leading to an award at the recent Kimberly-Clark Golden Service Awards.
